1.前言
无论任何种族，任何肤色，任何语言，人们都对自己的梦感到好奇。我们每天都在做梦。有的梦记得住，有的梦记不住。很多专家都相信，梦对人是有帮助的。心理学家弗洛伊德认为，梦体现了人的潜意识，可以用于心理研究和临床心理治疗。在中国，也有独特的方法来解释梦的，是周公解梦和中医解梦。“周公解梦”来源于中国人千百年来对自己的生活经验的总结，通过梦境预示未来。周公是和孔子一样知名的中国古代学者。中国人借用“周公”的名字来命名解梦，就是周公解梦。中医解梦在中国也享有知名度。中医是中国的传统医学。中医解梦认为，梦能反应出人身体上五个内脏器官的健康情况，梦能够反应最近的身体健康情况。
弗洛伊德解梦和中国式解梦，在世界各国，都有自己的信徒。我学习的心理学，来源于西方，我学习的中医，来源于中国，我很愿意作为一个能够理解东西两种文化的代表人物，向大家推荐这本书。在这本书中，你会看到两种文化对梦的解释，丰富见解。

Human beings, regardless of race, complexion and languages they speak, are curious of dreams. We have dreams every night, but we can only memorize some of them. Many experts believe that dreaming is beneficial tous. Freud, the famous psychologist, believed that dreams represent human beings’ sub-consciousness and can be used in psychological research and clinical psychotherapy. In china, we interpret dreams in our unique ways--Duke of Zhou’s interpretation of dreams and traditional Chinese medical interpretation of dreams. Duke of Zhou’s Book of Auspicious and Inauspicious Dreams, basedon Chinese people’s life experience for thousands of years, augurs the future by dreams. The psychology I learnt comes from the west; the traditional Chinese medicine I learnt comes from China. I’d like to be a representative of understanding both two cultures and recommend this book to you. In this book, you will see different dreams interpretations basedon these two cultures.
3.梦与潜意识的关系
梦是一种潜意识的活动。而弗洛伊德对当代最主要的贡献就是他提出来的潜意识理论。从19世纪开始至今，实证论一直占有重要的主导地位，但弗洛伊德却特立独行。他认为人的自由精神是一种离奇的想象，而人也无法全部意识到自我所思、所感、所求。但我们的行为又受制于我们的意识层次，弗氏把人类的意识层次分为意识、前意识和潜意识。意识就是我们日常的所知所想所感，或称为“我们知道”；潜意识是存在于意识与潜意识之间的思维层面，是通过挖掘、提示、反思可以探究和了解的，或称为“可以知道”；而潜意识处于意识和前意识的最底层，是本能压抑后形成的“储藏罐”，是人性发展过程中的“垃圾回收站”，这些储藏或回收程序不是意识范围，而是自动的。更通俗地表达就是，绝大多数人一生中的某个阶段都会有“理想”和“现实”的矛盾，但大多数时候我们的理想都会服从于现实，因为这种服从也是现实教导的概念。那我们的“理想”就没了吗？哪怕有千般理由，也无法让它消失，但它却真的突然不见了。它去了哪里？可能连自己都不知道。“遗忘”总是最好的借口。它们其实就是在这个“储藏罐”里，名字就叫“潜意识”。它们躲着不是不动，只是伺机而动。每天都会进行的梦境其实就是证明潜意识们还依然活跃的一个途径。
4.Introduction I
ZhouGongor Duke of Zhou is known as the 'Godof Dreams'. It comes from a sayingof Confucius: "I must be slipping. It has been so long since I dreamt of the Duke of Zhou."According to the folk legend, if an important thing is going to happen to someone, the Duke of Zhou will let the person know through dream.
We are not sure if he was personally responsible for the dreams interpretation. It is quite common toassociate a piece of work with an authoritative figure to lend credibility. And ZhouGong is certainly an authority on divination since he is reputed to have assisted significantly in the development of the Yi Qing, (Book of Changes), an ancient divination text.
There are seven categories in ZhouGong’s Book of Auspicious and Inauspicious Dreams. Within each section the dream interpretation is expressed in poem-like text.
The first category has todo with the planets and weather. For example if youdream of the sun or moon rising, your family will be prosperous, educatedand will have good jobs. On the other hand it the sun or moon is setting, then you may be cheated by your friends or subordinates.
The second category deals with the home and surroundings. For example if youdream of bamboo trees growing healthily in your front yard, there will be good news. Or if youdream of walkingabout with your wife, it means that you will be buyinga property.
The third category deals with gods and spirits. For example if youdream of visitinga temple, seeing the status of Buddha it means very good fortune. Have youdreamt of seeingadead person risingout of a coffin? Do not worry. It is agood sign. It means that you will be earninga lot of money!
The fourth category deals with person or body. If youdream of goingout with another woman, it means that you will lose money. It seems logical but here comes the interest part. If youdream that your wife is pregnant, it means that she will or is havingan affair. And if youdream of yourself and your wife honoring each other, it means that you will be divorce!
The fifth category deals with music anddisharmony. For example, if youdream of someone blowinga flute or hittingadrum it means that a party is imminent. Killingdreams are interpreted in a very interesting manner. If youdream of someone killinga chicken, goose or duck, it is a sign of good fortune. Killinga pig is even better fortune but killingagoat is a sign of evil anddanger.
The sixth category deals with living creatures. If youdream of a snake becomingadragon, it means you will get help from someone. If the snake bites you, you will receive a lot of money. Generally speaking if youdream of adragon, phoenixor peacock it implies good fortune.
The last category deals with clothingand jewels andother miscellaneous items. If youdream of agolden hairpin, it means that you will have a noble son. However if youdream of expensive hairpins knocking together, it means that you wife will leave you. If youdream of your cloths dirty and covered with mud, it means your wife’s pregnancy will be problematic. Finally it is a sign of good fortune if your dream of picking money!
5. Introduction II
According to Yellow Emperor’s Medicine Classic - Miraculous Pivot, fearful dream is a result of deficiency of Qi in the heart andgallbladder. It can also be due toa prolonged illness or excessive anxiety.
Angry dream is due to stagnation of Qi in the liver andgallbladder or hardeningof the liver. It can also be due to the presence of gallstones. On the other hand, happy dream is due to the smooth flow of Qi and indicate quick recover even if you should fall ill.
Saddream is due todeficiency of Qi in the heart and lung, deficiency of yin in the liver as with chronic liver disease and tuberculosis. Melancholic dream is due to imbalance in the liver and spleen.
What about dreams where youare continuous striving for something? This is due to reverse flow of Qi in the liver andgallbladder and risingof yang in the liver for example with hypertension and poor fooddigestion.
Floatingand falling in dreams are amongst the most common type of dreams. Floatingdream is due to excess in the upper part of the body but deficiency in the lower parts like deficiency of the kidneys, excess phlegm or coronary heart disease. Fallingdream is due todeficiency in the upper and excess in the lower part. This is often seen in water retention in the kidneys anddeficiency of yang in the heart.
What is the meaningof the dream of looking for foodand water? Looking for fooddream imply a weak spleen anddeficiency of yin in the stomach. Looking for water dream imply excessive yanganddepletion of bodily fluids for example due to high fever or dehydration.
What about looking for toilet dream? According to the classic, this dream is often caused by painful urination, inflammation of the intestines, poor digestion or diarrhea.
Finally what is the cause of the most serious form of dreams, sleep walking? It is usually due to stagnation of Qi in the liver or distractions!
6.Introduction III：Dream and the sub-conscious
Dreaming is a sub-conscious activity.
The most important contribution of Freud is the sub-conscious he argued which made him quite maverick due to the predominance of Positivism since 19th century. He thought that spirit of freedom of human beings is a bizarre imagination and human beings can not be aware of what they think, feel anddesire completely. However, our behaviors are restrained by our conscious level as Freud the conscious level into consciousness, sub-consciousness and pre-consciousness. Consciousness is what we think, feel, desire in daily life as it can be called ‘what we know’; Pre-consciousness, exists between the consciousness and the sub-consciousness, is a spirit level can be exploredandunderstood through excavating, promptingand introspecting, thus it is called “what can be known”; sub-consciousness, locates beneath the conscious and the preconscious, is a “storage tank” formed by restraint of idanda “recycling bin” through the development of human nature. But the programs of shortage or recycling work automatically. In simple terms, when contradictions between ideal and reality occur to most of us in a certain stage of life, we are likely to surrender to reality due to its instruction. Here comes the question- where will ideals go? “Forget” is always the best excuse. Actually, they will hide in the storage tank named sub-consciousness. They will not just hide them quietly but play a waitinggame. Dreaming is an important evidence to prove that there exist the subconscious.7.梦见飞行【梦境】
在中学期间，我一直梦见飞行。在梦里，我可以用脚腾空而起，越飞越高，地上的景物越来越小。我经常在梦中随风而行，感觉非常得意和舒服，也有点伤感。这种梦，我那时几乎每隔几天就做一次，连续做了将近有五六年。可奇怪的是，近几年来，我一次也没有做到过飞行的梦，很想再感受一下，可惜再也没有了。为什么？当时梦里的心境：得意舒适,略有不安。

是什么原因使梦者忘不掉飞行的梦，直到现在都“耿耿于怀”呢？这个梦似乎和青春期情欲有关。梦者是个渴望自由、不被羁绊，同时自身又受道德、原则束缚较多的女孩。又加之梦者是艺术类研究生，可以猜想她属于情感细腻、追求浪漫温情、十分关注自身情感体验的人。梦者试图在梦中对情爱的困惑提出疑问，并通过对梦的思考得到领悟。
当今，随着社会的进化发展，青少年的心理成熟远远落后于身体成熟。如果家庭和社会没有相应的支持和疏导，势必导致他们会对性器官发育成熟而自然产生的性欲感到惊慌失措、迷惑不解。
作为师长，可能更多地应该教会孩子如何正视自己的本能需求，惟有正视才可能超越，将性本能更多地转化为其他兴趣。【分析结论】反映出做梦的人在青春期的时候对异性的幻想
飞行，意象是自由、自信、憧憬、释放压力、克服困难等。梦境中出现飞行，说明梦者内心渴望自由，不受束缚。“用脚就可以腾空而起”表明梦者飞得轻松自在、潇洒自如。为什么梦者在飞行得意、舒服之余又略带伤感呢？或许是飞得高了、景物小了，小到看不清地上究竟是何物，使梦者产生了不真实感；也或许是由于飞得太高，远离了亲人、朋友、学习，使梦者产生了不安和孤独。梦者内心很矛盾，她渴望自由、不受束缚，却又害怕自由过多而迷失了自己。
另一方面，飞行时的愉悦和满足感和性活动时的感受很相似，所以在梦中，飞行常常和性有关。对于十五六岁的少男少女们来说，正值青春期，随着身体成熟，性幻想开始变得频繁，因此“每隔几天就做一次这样的梦”，也可以理解为性幻想在梦中得到了部分的满足。一方面，梦者对异性的好奇促使她渴望拥有真实的“感觉”，另一方面梦者知道那种“感觉”只能出现在梦中，因为真实的性爱体验对于初中时的她是可望而不可及的，飞得挺高，感觉却是不真实、不安和孤独的，伤感也许就来源于此。
最后，梦者“近几年来，一次也没有再做过飞行的梦”，猜想或许是梦者在现实生活中有了男友，也或许是梦者对性爱了解逐步增多，性幻想已经得到了满足，因而无须在梦中满足了。“很想再感受一下，可惜再也没有了”，解析为幻想一旦变成性体验，神秘感不再，势必就很难再有梦中的感受了。【周公解梦】
梦见飞行员，是事业腾飞的象征。梦见飞行员或者自己成为飞行员，预示梦者的事业会飞黄腾达。梦见飞行员驾驶飞机做特技表演，预示着做梦人的财运会急剧上升。
因此，从周公解梦的看，梦见飞行预示着做梦的人在未来会成功。【中医解梦】
中医认为从头到胃这一部位，包括胸、头、心肺处有病症，则容易梦见飞行。8.Dream of Flying【Dream】
I always dreamedof flying when I was in secondary school. In my dreams, I soared into the sky with my feet. I flied so high that the sceneries were too small for me to notice. Accompanied with the wind, I felt the flight so comfortable anda little sadas well. I haddreamed like this continually for almost 5 or 6 years. It is strange that I haven’t dreamedof flying in recent years. It’s a pity that I am not able to experience it again though I’d like togenuinely. However, I wonder why I felt complacent and comfortable, at same time, slightly uneasy.

Why have the dreams of flying bothered the dreamer for so long? The dream seems related with adolescent libidos. The dreamer is agirl that desired for freedom, however, restrained by moral principles. I suppose she is exquisite, romantic and focuses on her own emotional experience due to her major of art. She attempted to raise questions about love in her dreams andobtained her own comprehension by thinkingabout the dreams.
Nowadays, with the rapiddevelopment of society, teenagers’ psychological maturity falls far behind their physical one. The lack of support and education from family and society will inevitably results in their panic or confusion about sexual desire that caused by natural growth of sexual organs.
Teachers and parents should pay more attention in instructing teenagers to face their instinct. It is the right way to transfer as many libidos as possible toother interests.【Interpretation】 The dream reflected dreamer’s fancy of isomerism in her puberty.
The imagery of flying is freedom, confidence, expectation, releasing pressure, overcomingdifficulties, etc. The flyingdream indicates the dreamer desires for freedom andunshackled. “I soared into the sky with my feet”means the dreamer can fly comfortably and with an easy grace. Despite this, why did the dreamer feel slight uneasy? I suppose, with the increasing height she reached, the dreamer felt very unrealistic because the sceneries were too small for her to notice; she felt disturbedand lonely because she was apart from relatives and friends. The dreamer was in adilemma: she yearned for freedom but feared that she might lose herself if given too much freedom.
Additionally, the pleasure and satisfaction of flying is similar to sexuality and that’s why flyingdreams are always related with sex. With
