日常会话：学习英语要持续不断
A：So how do you keep your English up to speed？

B：Well，I practise a little everyday。

A：How？In what ways？

B：Lots of different ways。I listen to my favourite music CDs in English。I usually look at an English-language newspaper most days。I try and speak a little everyday。
B：很多不同的方式。我听自己最喜欢的英语版的音乐CD。大多数的日子我通常要看英语报纸。我每天还努力说一点英语。
A：That sounds good。I guess it’s important to keep it alive，to use it as much as you can。
A：听起来不错。我想持续不断地学习，尽可能地去使用英语很重要。

A：Where shall we eat tonight？What do you like？

B：I'm not sure。There's so much to choose from。

A：It's good to practise as much listening and reading as you can in your spare time。

B：Yes，it is。But I think it's more important to practise speaking。

A：Yes，it's good to practise speaking。Luckily，there are so many English-speaking people in Beijing now。

B：Yes，there're lots of opportunities。You can have conversations at work and lots of other places。

A：It all helps。There's nothing as good as really using the language with native-speakers。

B：You know how it is though。It's not always obvious how you pronounce a word when you see it。

A：That's true。I suppose it shows how important it is to listen to English also-to hear it on the TV or the radio or CD。

B：Definitely。You need to hear the language too。You need to practise listening。

A：But if you go cycling early-in the morning，for instance-you won't be tired。
