为纪念爱尔兰著名文青王尔德及其作品，伦敦艺术机构Artangel（很嗲的）与英国国民信托组织联合在短暂对公众开放的瑞丁监狱（Reading Prison）举办一系列活动，以展览和朗诵会等形式回顾和讲述这位文学天才当年因身为同性恋而荒唐入狱的历史。
王尔德在瑞丁监狱期间完成了传世散文作品《自深深处》（De Profundis），饱含爱恨之外也毫无保留地诉说着自己对文艺与生活的独到见解。
此次纪念活动期间（2016.9.4 - 2016.10.30）的每个周日，一众文艺偶像先后在监狱中王尔德曾待过的房间全文朗读了这部作品，朗读者名单包括：著名剧作家Neil Bartlett；英国优质演员Ralph Fiennes、Maxine Peake、Ben Whishaw；摇滚教母Patti Smith；冰岛独一无二的表演艺术家Ragnar Kjartansson 和爱尔兰高级作家Colm Tóibín等。
