画说金山岭长城试读：
PREFACE
The Great wall is the pride and one of the symbols of China. One part of the Wall called Jinshanling falls within the territory of Luanping County is the most magnificent owing to the dense and well-preserved watching-towers. Someone says that “the Unique Beauty of the Great Wall just in Jinshanling”.
The Great Wall of Jinshanling part lies across Jinshan Hill of Yanshan Mountain chain which is the juncture of Luanping County of Hebei and Miyun County of Beijing, connecting Simatai in the east and Gubeikou in the west. It is 130 kilometers away from Beijing City in the southwest and 90 KM from the Mountain Resort of Chengde City in the northeast. Jinshanling is the northeast gateway of Beijing City.
The Great Wall of Jinshanling section began to be built in 1368 A. D. and the famous general named Xuda took charge of the project. In year 1567, general Qijiguang and Governor Tanlun continued a series of repairing project. Along the Wall, 5 gates,67 watching-towers,3 beacon towers and battlements, fighting platforms, batteries, observatories, thunderstone holes, arrow-shooting spaces, horse-blocking wall and so on Geographically speaking, Jinshanling Mountain connects Gubeikou, Laowaguan and Heiguguan barrier from the east and the west; it is the important protective area preventing the incursion of Mongolian troops in Ming Dynasty. Also due to the exquisite architectural arts and the rounded military defense system, the Great Wall of Jinshanling section was enlisted on the name list of world cultural heritages and one of the 4A class national scenery spots; in 2010 it was commented as one of the 10 Chinese Beautiful Autumn Places and the most luxurious crest line, the most charming viewing deck, the most profound history ruins.
I had been to the Great Wall (Jinshanling Section) in the summer of 2010; although it is a short-stay there but a deep impression left in my mind for the majesty of the Wall. Now opening Mr. Gaojunhu’s book ---Picturesque Jinshanling Great Wall, my eyes are brightened by the beauty of Jinshanling: wild flowers blooming in spring; all green forests and mist in summer; red and yellow leaves cover the forests in autumn; heave snow bringing a silver world. This book, displaying the long history, magnificent and glorious beauty of the Great wall, could bring desirable enjoyment for reader; and this is the reason why I write the title and the forewords for the book.
I am sure that through these unique pictures, more and more photographers and tourists will come to Jinshanling for enjoying, recording the beauty of the Wall.

万里长城是中华民族的骄傲和象征。滦平县的金山岭长城是万里长城中气势最宏伟、敌楼最密集、建筑最独特、保存最完美的一段，素有『万里长城，金山独秀』之美誉。
金山岭长城横亘在承德市滦平县与北京密云县交界燕山山脉的金山上，东连司马台长城至涝洼关门，西连古北口长城，西南距北京市区130公里，东北距承德避暑山庄90公里，是京都东北门户。
金山岭长城始建于明洪武元年（公元1368年），为大将徐达主持修建。隆庆元年（公元1567年）抗倭名将蓟镇总兵戚继光、蓟辽总督谭纶在徐达所建长城的基础上续建、改建。沿线建关隘5处，敌楼67座，烽燧3座，并设有障墙、垛墙、战台、炮台、瞭望台、雷石孔、射孔、挡马墙、支墙、围战墙等。由于它西扼古北口、东连涝洼关门和承德县的黑谷关，地理位置十分重要，在明代历史上，是阻止北方蒙古民族南下侵扰的最强大最有力的屏障。因其视野开阔，敌楼密集，景观奇特，建筑艺术精美，军事防御体系健全，保存完好而著称于世，是世界文化遗产、国家AAAA级景区、环首都经济圈重要的生态休闲旅游区，2010年被《中国国家地理》评为中国十大秋色地之一，并誉为『世界上最奢侈的山脊线、最唯美的观景台、最深刻的历史废墟』。
我于2010年暑期去过金山岭长城，虽然暂短的停留，但雄伟的长城给我留下深刻的印象。今天看了高俊虎同志《画说金山岭长城》画册书稿，眼前一亮，金山岭太美了！春天山花烂漫，浓郁飘香；盛夏万木葱笼，云雾飘渺；金秋漫山红遍、层林尽染；严冬银装素裹、白雪皑皑。这本画册，从多角度、不同季节既展示了长城的历史沧桑，又尽现了长城的雄伟之奇、壮丽之美。看后给人以美的享受，耐人回味，令人向往，所以我欣然为它题写书名并作序。
要想让世人了解金山岭长城，就要有自己独特的宣传品和纪念品，我想通过这本《画说金山岭长城》会有更多的摄影家、游客来金山岭长城享受美、记录美、创造美！

一丛丛花儿随风飘动，倾吐着爱恋，散发着浓香！春色中，古老的长城彰显出勃勃生机！
The Great Wall uses her long arms shouldering,holding flowers along the way of spring...
The flowers in clusters are dancing with the wind,crooning love, spreading aroma!
Under the genial sunshine, the old wall shows the full of vitality.
